I can't log in.

First, on the login page make sure you are entering the email address associated with your account.

If you can’t remember your password, click on the Lost Your Password link and a password reset email will be sent to you.

Or, you can click on the Send me a Snappy Login Link™ instead. Enter your email address and you will be sent an email containing a link. The link will allow you to log in without resetting your password. Note that this email may take several minutes to arrive in your inbox.

I didn’t receive the password reset email.

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If your email has a Promotions or Social folder, check those, too.

Also, be sure to “whitelist” the Homesteader Me email address.

I want to change my account details.

To manage your account details, go to your dashboard and click on My Account.

I can’t open the course.

If you have access to a course, the course icon on your dashboard will be in color. If you don’t have access to a course the icon will be in black and white. Be sure you are trying to access only courses that you have access to.

The videos won't play.

Please check your internet connection. If your connection isn’t sufficient, the videos will not play.
